Stop explaining, keep building.
“My Little Business” hat is an ode to creative entrepreneurship.
This hat represents a pivotal decision I made.
For a long time, being an entrepreneur has been referred to as “my little business,” said in a way that makes it sound smaller than it is, easier to dismiss, and more digestible for people without a framework for what building something from nothing actually looks like.
I explained it. I over-explained it. I softened it so it would land with people who were never going to get it anyway.
That changed. Once you see clearly you stop negotiating with projection. You stop translating your ambition into language small enough for people who aren’t building anything themselves.
This hat marks that shift.
“I stopped explaining ‘my little business’ to people with no vision” is the moment you choose to spend your energy executing instead of convincing or justifying.
Not everything needs to be explained.
Some things just need to be created.
